ENVIROMATE® Composite Geomembrane Liner is a multi-layer membrane geocomposite, comprised one or two layers of nonwoven geotextile and a layer of geomembrane heat bonded together by calendaring processing technology, and designed for water containment & conservation, seepage reduction, canal or channel lining, separation and horizontal drainage. ENVIROMATE® Composite Geomembrane Liner provides superior puncture resistance and increased interface friction, and is inert to biological degradation. This composite geomembrane will shorten the construction time and reduce engineering costs, and can be installed in exposed, ballasted or buried application. Shotcrete can be applied onto it for additional protection from vandalism and ultraviolet light.

ENVIROMATE® Nitrogen Textured Geomembrane has either single-sided or double-sided textured surface which is made of superb virgin HDPE or LLDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM13 or GM17 standard specifically with advanced manufacturing equipment and professional production technology. Nitrogen is introduced to the outer layer of the geomembrane. Once the nitrogen is no longer compressed by the extrusion process it rapidly expands creating the desired surface roughness. Different from traditional texturing process, we are undertaking innovative roughening technology to ensure no reduction of the mechanical properties, especially for Yield and Breaking Strength. ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is made of superb virgin HDPE or LLDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM13 or GM17 standard specifically and produced along with over 2.0 % carbon black, antioxidant, and stabilizers to have superior mechanical properties and outstanding long-term resistance to chemical, ozone, oxidation, environmental stress crack, and UV resistance. ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is used in a wide range of containment applications to provides excellent durability and chemical resistance properties and are reliable in exposed applications, offering great ultraviolet protection and ageing resistance from the intense stresses of weather. White or Green color is available.
