Earthmate® Geosynthetic has been established to provide dedicatedly the world class technical solutions in the geosynthetics applications from 2007. Asphaltrac® Polyester Composite Reinforcing Grid
Earthmate Asphaltrac® HDC Composited Grids are knitted high-modulus Polyester Yarn on the polypropylene ultra-light weight Nonwoven Geotextile. It is coated with modified bitumen to achieve perfect bonding between the Bi-axial reinforcement and the asphalt layer. The load concentration is reduced effectively and the reflective cracking will be retarded evidently. It is durable and cost-effective for the rehabilitation of asphalt pavement. The high tensile strength and flexibility ensures it’s installation-friendly on milled road surface. Also it will prolong service life of asphalt pavement which is under high stress. It conforms to EN 15381:2008 Standard and is generally used between asphalt layers, cement stabilized layer or on concrete surface directly.
BASEGRID® Fiberglass Geogrid
Earthmate BASEGRID® Glass Geogrids are kind of fine geosynthetic for enhancing road surface, old road, roadbed and soft soil foundation. It has become non-replicable material in disposing asphalt road surface reflection crack. This product adopts high strength alkali free glass fiber and is woven into net backing material through advanced warp knitting technology and receives coating treatment. It has very high tensile strength in lateral and longitude directions and lower extensibility, resistance to high temperature and low temperature, ageing and corrosion. It has extensive application in enhancing asphalt pavement, cement road surface and roadbed, dyke protective slope, airport pavement, sediment control, etc.
BASALFAB® High Flow PP Monofilament Woven Geotextile
Earthmate BASALFAB® High Flow PP Monofilament Woven Geotextiles are manufactured with high tenacity Polypropylene monofilament yarns. It resists ultraviolet resistance, rotting, biological degradation and it is chemically inert to any natural bases or acids. It is preferred for applications where both reinforcement and filtration are a concern. Earthmate BASALFAB® PP Monofilament Woven Geotextile can be used in a variety of civil applications for its flexibility and versatility.
ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane
ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is made of superb virgin HDPE or LLDPE resin which is for geomembrane in GRI GM13 or GM17 standard specifically and produced along with over 2.0 % carbon black, antioxidant, and stabilizers to have superior mechanical properties and outstanding long-term resistance to chemical, ozone, oxidation, environmental stress crack, and UV resistance.
ENVIROMATE® Smooth Geomembrane is used in a wide range of containment applications to provides excellent durability and chemical resistance properties and are reliable in exposed applications, offering great ultraviolet protection and ageing resistance from the intense stresses of weather. White or Green color is available.
VIGORTEX® Staple Fibers Nonwoven Geotextiles
Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fibers Nonwoven Geotextiles are made of 100% Polypropylene staple fibers, which are needle-punched to form into a random network for dimensional stability. Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles resist ultraviolet deterioration, rotting, biological degradation, naturally encountered alkalis and acids. A high level of resistance to UV light is given to Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles by the incorporation of ≥ 2% of weathering grade carbon black, well dispersed in the polymer matrix.
Earthmate VIGORTEX® Staple Fiber Nonwoven Geotextiles are widely used in many applications such as filtration, stabilization, subsurface drainage, separation and cushioning and available in various strengths and thicknesses to ensure appropriate material selection for your projects.
EASYGRID® PP Tri-axial Composite Geogrid
EASYGRID® PP Composite Tri-axial Geogrid combines the superior performance of HEXAGRID® Tri-axial geogrid with the separation capabilities of a polyester continuous filaments nonwoven geotextile by laminating the two technologies together. EASYGRID® PP Composite Tri-axial Geogrid is widely used for aggregate stabilization and confinement, filtration, and separation, further optimizing structural thickness and saving both time and money stabilizing subgrades.
EnviroMat® Polyamide (PA6) Turf Reinforcement Mats
Earthmate EnviroMat® PA6 3D Erosion Control Geomat is monofilament produced with high quality polyamide (PA6), and composited with or without geogrid or wire mesh reinforcement. It has open structure to achieve extremely high voids content, and reinforces the upper 1 to 2 cm of the soil to prevent surface erosion on slopes and offer permanent support to topsoil and vegetation. It is designed to help nature develop strong vegetation for permanent erosion protection of slopes, rivers, banks, ditches, channels, spillways, landfills, shorelines and other vulnerable erosion-prone areas. The tough filament core structure which has >95% open voids that allows soil to be contained within the mat effectively preventing it from being eroded away by rain or wind.
WALLSTRAIN® HDPE Uni-axial Geogrid
Earthmate WALLSTRAIN® HDPE Uni-axial Geogrids are produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins. The HDPE Uni-axial Geogrids are resistant to installation damage and long-term chemical or biological degradation in both dry and wet environments. It can load high tensile strains applied in one direction and its open aperture structure interlocks with fill material to transfer the loading strains from soil to geogrids. Their primary characteristic is excellent creep performance with low strain and high tensile strength under constant load.
PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tube (Geotubo)
Earthmate PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tubes (also referred to as geo-tubes, dewatering tubes, erosion control tubes, or geotextile bags) are cost-effective solutions for containment, dewatering, desludging and shoreline protection. They are typically composed of high-tenacity filaments woven together to function in wide variety of projects where dewatering of sediments and industrial wastes is required. Earthmate PRODEWATERING® Geotextile Tubes can be fabricated to custom sizes to facilitate placement specific to the projects.
